Vilke Boroze is the former Governor-General of Galman for the Bolar Federation dispatched Bolar Federation Perpetual Administration Bureau. He met Abelt Desler in 2205 to negotiate the emigration of the Garmillan people to Galman. upon refusing to trade the planet to the Garmillas Empire, Boroze was forcefully removed from his post and Galman was occupied by Desler's forces.[1][2]

Following his exile from Galman, he was demoted to Political Officer of the Frontier Patrol Fleet 584. In this capacity, he headed numerous territorial incursions in the solar system between 2205 and 2207. In October 2207, he witnessed the Dezarian space fortress Ground Reverse's invasion of the solar system.

History[]

Planet Galman Liberation Operation[]

in 2205, Vilke Boroze meets with Abelt Desler on the Galman homeworld to discuss and negotiate the emigration of his people to Galman. When Vilke Boroze refuses and orders Desler to put on a choker device, Desler buys enough time for the trap to be sprung when his ship in orbit self-destructed and sent out an EMP that disorientated the Bolar Federation's forces own communications as well as half of the Bolar fleet in orbit. The Planet Galman Liberation Operation prove to be a success when Vilke Boraze's remaining ships were all destroyed, save for one carrier. A now enraged Vilke Boraze attempted to kill the Galman slaves, but he was injured by Abelt Desler who shot him in the shoulder, and took the device that's used by the Bolar Federation that activate's the poison in the choker device's, thus saving them from a very unpleasant demise, thanks to Desler's intervention. Abelt Desler then warns Vilike Boraze to leave Planet Galman forever, saying that he and his people deserve nothing but fear, much to Vilke Boraze's anger, before he left with his surviving forces and departed to report his failure.

Being Reassigned to the Frontier Patrol Fleet 584 and Dezariam Invasion of Earth[]

As a result of his failure, Vilke Boraze is then striped of his title as Govenor General to Political Officer and is immediately reassigned to the Frontier Patrol Fleet 584, which is a seven-ship's fleet of the Bolar Federation. In 2207, the fleet was under the supervision of now Political Officer Vilke Boraze and was led by the flagship Labrokov, under the command of Djerba Gudan. The fleet carried out several territorial incursions into Earth Federation space.

When the Frontier Patrol Fleet 584 is confronted by a three ship Earth patrol fleet, warning them to stop trespassing near their territory, Vilke Boraze refused and told his forces to continue on past Earth's border, when one of his officer's detects a mysterious object from the depths of space that is rapidly approaching their position. Vilke Boraze immediately orders his ships to open fire on this new enemy, but the weapons fire of the entire Frontier Patrol Fleet 584 did absolutely nothing to halt the mysterious aggressor's advance. Vilke Boraze could only watch as he and his entire fleet as well as the Earth patrol fleet's ship's systems are effected by a burst of energy from the massive vessel, that leaves them disabled. Vilke Boraze immediately realize's that the mysterious vessel belongs to the Dezarium, who his people refers to them only as the "Light of Uralia", much to Vilke Boraze's shock, fear, and utter horror as the massive vessel speeds past both disabled fleets, and continues on a direct course towards planet Earth itself.

Encounter with the Dezarium’s New Warship[]

Believing to have encountered the Light of the Witch of Uralia, Boroze immediately reported to the Bolar homeland, and High Commissioner Belm von Bemlarze and First Secreatary Lyudmi Darya gave him command of a large number of warships led by the Labrokov to invade the Earth Federation and find more about what had happened. However, the Labrokov and the fleet was rapidly intercepted by the newly built prototype Dezariam super battleship Grodez and was wiped out.[3] It remains unclear as to what happened to Boraze and the crew of the Labrokov after that.

Personality[]

Vilke Boraze himself showed absolute disgust and mistrust for humanity in having advanced themselves using stolen Bolar technology when he eventually learned and found out about information on the crashed wreckage of the Bolar Krotoga-class Standard Battleship (that was found on Mars in 2164).

Behind the scenes[]

Boroze's surname is spelled "Bollows" in the official subtitles for Be Forever Yamato: REBEL 3199. The official romanization of his full name is seen in various merchandise pieces.[4]
