The Small Magellanic Greater District is a district of the Greater Garmillan Empire. Its governor, at least under the Desler administration, was Garis Noropp.[1] As far as 2199, the Small Magellanic Cloud was territory contested between Garmillas and the Gatlantis Empire, with the latter recognizing Grand Chief Commissioner Goran Dagam as the galaxy's ruler. On the Garmillas side, the war between Gatlantis and Garmillas over the area was directed by the Small Magellanic Army Group, the Small Magellanic Cloud's area army.[2][3]
