The Saruba S-VI Type Heavy Tank is a combat vehicle operated by the Imperial Garmillas Defense Force of the Greater Garmillan Empire developed for the purpose of cooperating with the Melbar M-III Type Armored Personnel Carrier. It's the main tank serving in the Garmillan military.

Armament and Technical Spesifications

Saruba S-VI Type is armed with a triple positron cannon turret and with three in-vehicle machine guns. The shape of the hull and turret is designed to be bulletprooff, the sides of the hull are also protected by skirts, and the defense power is enhanced by a migobueza coating. It's crewed by a crew of three soldiers.

History

In February 2199, four Saruba S-VI Type Heavy Tank carried by a Delamya-class Landing Ship hid beneath Saturn's rings. All Saruba S-VI Type Heavy Tanks and two Melbar M-III Type Armored Personnel Carriers were deployed on Enceladus to engage the UNCF battleship Yamato. All tanks and the Delamya were destroyed by Akira Yamamoto and Saburo Kato.

At least one Saruba S-VI Type was present on Leptapoda during the Uprising on Prison Camp 17 and one was present on Garmillas during the Battle of the Imperial Capital.

An Earth Federation Army Saruba S-VI Type Heavy Tank during the Earth Domination Operation

By 2207, the Saruba S-VI Type had been adopted by the Earth Federation Army. Hundreds of Saruba S-VI Types was deployed during the defense against the Dezariam Army during the Invasion of the Ground Reverse.
