Saratoga (U.N.C.F.-00538-2201) was a Murasame Kai-class Space Cruiser of the United Nation Cosmo Navy which was part of the Special Hybrid Fleet and participated in the 8th Floating Continet Operation with the garmillas Frontier Defense Task Force 38.
History[]
On December 2, 2202, Saratoga and various Murasame Kai-class Space cruisers, nine Kongo Kai-class Space Battleships, and ten Isokaze Kai-class Space Assault Destroyers participated in the 8th Floating Continet Operation with the garmillas Frontier Defense Task Force 38 in order to assist Garmillas in taking back the Garmillas 8th Floating Continent Base from the Gatlantis Fleet.[2]
After the AAA battleship Andromeda fired her Wave motion gun and charged into the battlefield, Saratoga and Defiant were permitted to withdraw and warp back to Earth for repairs. However a Calaklum-class Battleship reactivated its engines and managed to follow the Saratoga and Defiant back to Earth. After warping out, Saratoga was destroyed after crashing with the Calaklum that also warped right behind her.[2]
