Prime Minister was an the office of the head of state of the Greater Garmillan Empire following the fall of the Desler administration.

Prime Minister Hiss and his government
Since its founding up untill late 2199, the Greater Garmillan Empire was led by the Desler administration under the autoritarian rule of Eternal Supreme Leader Abelt Desler. However, following Desler's disappearance after the Battle of the Imperial Capital, the former Vice Leader Redof Hiss stepped up to fill the power vacuum and created the position of Prime Minister to lead the new provisional government.[2]
In the following years, Hiss resigned but continued to serve as Secretary of the Department of Internal Affairs while the Interim government underwent various reforms towards an eventual full democratization of the empire.[5][6] By October 2205, the Greater Garmillan Empire had fully transitioned into a democracy and Hiss became the first Prime Minister of the democratic government.[4][1]
