The Neu Balgrey (CCC-1-2203) (NEU Balgrey, New Balgrey, lit.: New Balgrey)[3] is an Andromeda-class space battleship of the Crimson Camraderie Carrier (CCC) type controlled by the Great Garmillas Empire. It served in and survived the Decisive Battle off Mars under the command of major Fommt Berger. as part of Berger Battle Team.[2]

Neu Balgrey was launched in preparation for the Decisive Battle off Mars fought against the Gatlantis Empire during its invasion of the Solar System.[4] On 14 May 2203, Neu Balgrey and her sister ships fought on Mars as part of the Berger Battle Team and managed to sink at least three Medalusa-class Battleships.[5] After the battle, Neu Balgrey and all of the remaining Earth-Garmillas forces assembled at the Mars Emergency Drydock for repairs.[6] At the Golem Assault Battle, after Yamato fired her Transit Wave-motion Gun, a large Garmillan fleet including Neu Balgrey defended Earth while Yamato entered the Ark of Destruction. It and the rest of the Berger Battle Team launched their fighter squadrons and engaged.[7] At the end of the battle, the heavily damaged Neu Balgrey withdrew from the battlefield with the remaining Garmillas fleet.[8]

The CCC (Crimson Camaraderie Carrier[9])-designated carriers are essentially identical to those built for the Cosmo Navy, but are equipped with Garmillan electronics and are painted red and black with Garmillan script on the hull. Instead of Cosmo Navy fighters, launch bays are reconfigured for Garmillas fighter types. Larger support craft, such as 3 armed DBG.88 Garont Heavy Bombers and 8 FWG.97 Doshira Torpedo Bombers, can be moored to the external flight deck.[10][11][12]
