During the Great Garmillas War, Moscow had an underground city where its population hid from the Earth's infected surface. In the latter years of the war, the situation in the city was dire. Various accounts indicate that Moscow stopped sending requests for help to the other underground cities during this period, and its messages were bidding farewell to the rest of the world.[1]
The city survived the conflict, but three years after the activation of the Cosmo Reverse System and the beginning of the reconstruction of Earth under the Earth Federation, efforts to rebuild were still slow. As a result, people continued to live in the underground city.[1]
Around 2202, Moscow became the headquarters of the Anti E-G Security Alliance Committee, an organization that opposed the Earth-Garmillas security treaty and the peacefull relationship between the E.F. and the Garmillas Empire.[1]
