Lyudmi Darya (リ ユ ド ミ ダ ー リ ヤ, Ryudomi Dāriya) is the First Secretary of the Bolar Federation, an assistant to High Commissioner Belm von Bemlarze. Darya has the authority to understand speak Bemlarze's will and give orders. Although she has many political opponents, there is no one within the federal government who can openly express their opinions to her.[2]

Lyudmi Darya became the First Secretary of the Bolar Federation, which gave her the authority to speak the will of High Commissioner Belm von Bemlarze and give orders in his name. In this capacity, she personally protected High Commissioner Bemlarze from assassination numerous times. Her authority grew to the point that none of her political opponents in the federal government could challenge her.[2]

In October 2207, Darya--communicating Bemlarze's will--granted a fleet to Political Officer Vilke Boroze to investigate his purported sighting of "The Light of Uralia" in the Solar System. Darya told him that he was to enter the Earth Federation's territorial space to investigate, and was authorized to engage Earth forces if necessary.[1]
Appearance[]
Darya is a human from an unidentified species. She has pink skin and dark pink hair, which she styles in a long braid secured with a red string. She has sharp face and blue eyes, and she wears an eyepatch over her right eye.[2]
Darya wears red lipstick and sports spherical light-blue earrings.[2]
Her uniform consists of a long dark-grey coat, similar to the uniforms worn by other Bolar officials, with a tall red collar and red cuffs trimmed in black. She also wears a black cap adorned with red details and gold-accented red epaulettes. Both her coat and cap are decorated with a golden plume-like ornament featuring a green gem. Her rank is indicated by three lines present on each side of the coat and collar.[2]
She keeps a handgun holstered on her belt.[2]

Darya is a stern official, whose decisions are always cold-hearted. She is extremely loyal to High Commissioner Bemlarze.[2][1]
