Lamvea (LAMVEA, Lamvea)[7] is a Guipellon Class Multiple Flight Deck Astro Carrier in service to the Greater Garmillan Empire. It was part of the Domel Task Force and fought during the Battle of the Rainbow Star Cluster, during which it recieved heavy damage. It then went on to fight in the Hunt for the World of Tranquillity and in the Battle of Shambleau. It then saw a long period of repairs, re-entering service in August 2205 as part of the Desler fleet.
History[]
Under Domel[]

Lamvea prepare to launch Second Attack Force
This ship was built many years prior to 2199 and was in reserve during that year. After the Planet Balun Breakthrough Operation the ship was pulled out reserve and given to General Domel for use against the Yamato. Fomt Berger was stationed aboard to lead the ship's fighter squadrons against the Terron ship. The vessel arrived at the Rainbow Star Cluster staying near the Domelaze III while deploying dive bombers to assault the Yamato, and bringing the battle to the Yamato. The ship was damaged during the Yamato's counter attack and appeared to sink into the star cluster's ion storm.[1][3]
The hunt for the World of Tranquillity[]

Lamvea survive the Battle

Lamvea stuck during the escape
The ship survived the battle and rescued the drill bomber's crew and set course for intergalactic space. With the Lamvea's captain dead, the rest of it's fleet destroyed, the acting captain Berger ordered the crew to make repairs and prepare to attack the Yamato. The ship was intercepted by the Mirangal outside the Large Magellanic cloud and was subsequently taken to into the Mirangal's fleet while repairs were being completed. The ship was captured along with the rest of the fleet and taken to Shambleau. The fleet commander Neredia Ricke ordered Berger to take a scout team to the surface of the planet, when Berger returned he went to the Mirangal and assumed command of the fleet. During the Battle of Shambleau Berger ordered the ship to escape while his fleet and the Yamato fight off their own mutual enemy, during the escape the ship ran aground on the planet, the Gatlanteans battleship Megaruda while sailing to take the planet's core, prepared to attack the disabled Lamvea. However the Yamato destroyed the Megaruda before any harm could come to the ship. After the battle the Lamvea recieved help from the Yamato, and left the area for Garmillas.[8]
Modification[]
After the battle against a unit of the Gatlantis Army's Small Magellan Army in Shambleau, Lamvea returned to its home country and entered a dock for long-term maintenance and repairs. It was selected to be one of the test beds for the Heavy Armed Unit.[4] This unit, had a triple positron cannon turret that was almost the same as the one mounted on the Special 1st Class Astro Battleship-carrier Deusura III, which had been under construction for some time.[4]
In addition, in order to improve long-term operational capabilities, a space of about three floors on the second deck was secured as a residential area, enabling long-term operations.[4] This also eliminatied the need for aircraft crew members to be placed on escort ships, allowing for flexible fleet organization.[9]
Planet Galman Liberation Operation[]

Lamvea during the Planet Galman Liberation Operation
Lamvea returned to service in August 2205 after major repairs. Under the command of Commander Fomt Berger, Lamvea joined Desler's fleet in August 2205 during the Planet Galman Liberation Operation. Successfull, Lamvea and fleet returned to Planet Garmillas to escort the Immigrant Fleet to planet Galman.[2]
Iscandar Incident[]
UX-01 and Lamvea attack a Dezariam Hammer
Months later, Lamvea played a crucial role in evacuating some of the Garmillas as lava from beneath the planet began to reach the surface after an attack of unknown object. While Lamvea and six other ships were pursuing Iscandar, the Great Pleiades's fleet initiated an attack. Eventually, Deusura III arrived to assist, prompting Dezariam to warp away planet Iscandar.[10]
Lamvea and Desler's fleet reached Iscandar and engaged in battle to protect the Immigrant Fleet. They were ultimately aided by the 65th Escort Corps, who helped secure victory in the battle.[11] At the Battle in the Vorzon System, Lamvea and several other ships served as bait to draw the attention of the enemy fleet. This maneuver forced the Dezarians to enter the kill zone of Yamato's Wave-Motion Gun, which was then used to destroy planet Garmario.[12]
Lamvea and the other ships again acted as bait to distract Dezariam while the allied forces evacuated the Immigrant Fleet from Iscandar.[13] Lamvea and the rest of the Desler fleet fought to save Supreme Leader Abelt Desler and Queen Stasha of Iscandar during the Operation to rescue Supreme Leader Desler.[14]
Galman War[]
During the Galman War, the Lamvea became the flagship of a squadron-sized fleet of the reorganized Galman-Garmillas Astro Fleet. The fleet was tasked with the defense of the Galman system. The ship is often deployed in operations outside the system or on its outer edges, and it was during these times that they discovered a pod containing Sasha Iscandar Kodai.[9]
