Lt. Colonel Kaulles Helder was a 707th Air Squad staff officer who was Merda Ditz's direct superior. He is very loyal to Admiral Gul Ditz. In 2199, he was arrested on false charges by the Imperial Guard.[1][2] By the time of the Battle against the Dezariam Hammers, he served in a patrol fleet guarding the Milky Way-Large Magellanic Cloud subspace gate. He was part of the fleet's delegation during a meeting with the officers of the 65th Escort Corps when Commander Shiro Sanada announced that the Escort Corps' peace mission to Salezar had been halted.[3]
