Isk San Aria (ISK SAN ARIA, Isk San Aria)[3] was the royal capital and seat of government of the Iscandar civilization on the planet Iscandar. The city was crossed by navigable canals, which could be traversed by small ships that served as the primary method of transportation throughout the capital. It was the location of Crystal Palace, the empire's royal palace and residence of Queen Stasha and her sisters.[2] The entrance to the Sanctel was located underneath Isk San Aria,[4] and a graveyard housing the bodies of all the Iscandarians entombed within the vault was located right outside of the city. The deceased crewmembers of the Earthling ship Yukikaze, who had been captured by a Garmillan vessel that crashlanded on Iscandar, were also laid to rest within Isk San Aria's graveyard.[2]
As of 2199, the city was mostly kept in shape by the Iscandroids, autamatons very similar to the Gami-loids.[2]
