The Invasion of the Ground Reverse[1] was the first battle of the Dezariam Invasion of Earth, which occurred in October 2207. The Earth Federation Defense Force had been infiltrated by sympathizers of Dezariam, meaning that the resistance against the invaders was carried out by only a fraction of the EDF. This loyal faction was led by Commander Heikuro Todo under the secretive Operation DAD.
The loyalist forces initiated the Ground Reverse Interception Operation[2] to stop the invading mobile fortress. When this operation failed, they launched the Earth Escape Operation,[3] which aimed to evacuate certain personnel and assets of the Earth Federation Cosmo Navy to regroup at the Icarus Observatory.
By the end of the battle, the Dezariam Army had successfully captured the New Capital and the Earth Defense Force Headquarters.
