Imperial Guard Central Main Office was the headquarters of the Desler Imperial Guard. In order to promote the organization's principles among the youth of the Greater Garmillan Empire, the Central Main Office collaborated with the Department of Propaganda to organize Desler Boy Scouts and Garmillas Girl Alliance programs. However, when the Guards Astro Fleet was established it became impossible to keep the Guard's racial purity while also ensuring sufficient new recruits.[2]
