The Great Pleiades was a modified Pleiades-class Assault Battleship used by Dezariam, it participated during Iscandar Incident as the Deda's flagship.

The Great Pleiades was the first Modified Pleiades-class Assault Battleship[5] and the personal flagship of captain Deda, deployed as part of the Magellan Dispatch Force in the Iscandar Transfer Plan. After Dezariam destroyed the planet Garmillas, Supreme Commander Meldarz ordered the Great Pleiades to eliminate the remaining Garmillan forces that resisted the capture of planet Iscandar.[1]
Great Pleiades warp-out
The Great Pleiades and Deda's fleet launched a surprise ambush on the Berger Fleet, which was following Iscandar in an attempt to rescue the civilians trapped there. The rest of the Desler fleet, led by Deusura III, arrived and attacked the Deda's forces from behind.[1]
Meldarz then ordered Iscandar to warp away. The Great Pleiades and Deda's fleet also began warping alongside Iscandar, successfully escaping the Desler fleet.[1]

Great Pleiades attacks the immigrant fleet
The Great Pleiades and its fleet formed a blockade around Iscandar.[6]
The Great Pleiades deployed numerous Assault Fighters Caterpillar which started attack the Garmillan refugee ships stranded on Iscandar under Meldarz's orders. The Desler fleet descended onto the planet to protect the civilians, but the Great Pleiades and the rest of the fleet opened fire upon the refugees directly. As the Great Pleiades then fired upon Desler's flagship, it was protected by the sudden arrival of the Earth Federation's 65th Escort Corps led by the space battleship Yamato.[6][3]
While still in orbit, the Great Pleiades was fired upon by the Yamato as a warning, prompting Meldarz to order a temporary withdrawal.[3]

Great Pleiades attack Yamato
The Great Pleiades and the rest of the fleet remained in orbit over Iscandar, but were lured by Berger Fleet and 65th Escort Corpsfighters toward Garmario, where the Yamato was waiting.[3]
Great Pleiades destroyed
After failing to use Iscandar to shield the fleet, the Great Pleiades and its accompanying escorts opened fire on the Yamato, interrupting the firing sequence of the battleship's Wave-motion Gun. However, the Yamato managed to deploy its Wave-motion Shield in time to avoid the enemy fire, and shoot its Wave-motion Gun, whichdestroyed Garmario and the entire fleet, including the Great Pleiades.[3]
