The Cosmo Wave is a method of high-dimensional telepathic communication which travels through antimatter energy, an energy form similar in behaviour to antimatter. It nullifies distance and physical obstacles, making it instantaneous. However, at least one Archelian structure was capable of opposing its projection. The Cosmo Wave is used to communicate between two people, transfer data and information,[1] and take control of certain devices.[2] Teresa can also use it to induce visions of deceased loved ones in the receiver's mind.[3]

In the Gatlantis Empire, many individuals had the ability to use the Cosmo Wave. The empire utilized it for various purposes, such as controlling living dead bodies,[4] allowing Great Emperor Zworder and Information Record Secretary Gairen to see and hear through another Gatlantean to gather information,[5] and enabling Chief Minister Saberah and General Chairman Razera to control entire fleets. Saberah had the highest clearance code in Gatlantis, which meant her Cosmo Wave could not be intercepted by anyone within the empire. As a human, she could use the Cosmo Wave to control the Ark of Destruction.[2]
