The Berger Battle Team[1] was a Great Imperial Garmillas Astro Fleet unit under the command of Lt. Commander Fomt Berger. It took part in the Decisive Battle off Mars and Golem Assault Battle.

Berger Battle Team assemble at Temporary Docks off Mars
The Berger Battle Team was formed in May 2203[2] in preparation for the Decisive Battle off Mars.[3] The unit was part of the second wave of the Garmillas-Earth joint forces, upon engaging Gatlantis in battle, it succeeded in sinking three Medarusa-class Battleships.[4] After the battle, the entire unit withdrew and assembled with the remainder of the joint fleet at the Temporary Docks off Mars for repairs.[5] On June 2, 2203,[2] the Berger Battle Team, along with hundreds of Garmillas ships led by Ambassador Loren Burrell, formed a defense line around Earth and assisted the Yamato in its assault on the Ark of Destruction.[6] After the battle, all remaining units and ships that had suffered heavy damage were withdrawn from the battlefield.[7]
