The Anti-Garmillas Rule Destruction Liberation Army,[5] often shortened to Destruction Liberation Army, was a rebellious group active in the latter part of the Garmillas Civil War that fought against the Garmillas Provisional Government.

The Destruction Liberation Armu Guru
The Anti-Garmillas Rule Destruction Liberation Army was created to restore the Garmillas Grand Duchy and its aristocracy while also supporting the independence movements of the various colonies established under the Desler administration, which the current government refused to grant independence to.[3] The Destruction Liberation Army was headed by a Guru who carried himself with the attitude of a religious leader. Through his speeches, it can be assumed that the Destruction Liberation Army treated its quest as a sort of holy war.[1]
The Destruction Liberation Army was heavily militarized and had access to a fleet of warship, which included a Zoellugut-class, and to multiple Interplanetary ballistic missiles.[2]

The Destruction Liberation Army fleet
The Destruction Liberation Army was created sometime after the fall of the Desler regime. Inspired in part by the actions of the Earthling battleship Yamato, which had toppled Desler in 2199, it opposed the new Provisional Government due to their refusal to liberate the colonies established under Supreme Leader Desler. Between 2199 and 2202, they amassed a fleet of warships and even managed to get their hands on a Zoellugut-class Dreadnought and a series of Interplanetary ballistic missiles.[2][1] The organisation was also supported by the Earth-based Anti Earth-Ga Security Alliance Committee, a group that opposed the alliance between the Earth Federation and the Greater Garmillan Empire.[6]
The Destruction Liberation Army bombs Stravaze
On December 29, 2202,[4] they were lured to planet Stravaze by the Desler Regime Revivalists, a rival group of political criminals that aimed to restore the fallen dictatorship. The Revivalists wished to put Yamato and the Destruction Liberation Army against one another to take revenge against the Earthlings. During the battle, the Destruction Liberation Army unleashed their Interplanetary ballistic missiles, causing the unstable Stravaze to collapse. The terrorist fleet was caught in the planet's collapse and was destroyed, with Yamato and the Revivalists getting away safely.[1]
