Journalist-Chan · Hmm... I recognize the artist's handy work, that's Erik Lovejoy! The Wichita-Class Heavy Cruiser is another forgotten spaceship design from the original "Space Battleship Yamato" franchise. Erik Lovejoy did a great job on flushing out this underrated Earth warship design lore/history and specifications out more.

BTW... He also did some fantastic CGI renders of some of the Dark Nebula Empire ships, such as the Kileah-Class Strike Cruiser, which appeared in the anime film "Be Forever Yamato" (1980).
